I am thinking of switching from a Quad-core Mac Pro with duel-display monitors in favor of a Macbook Pro and Apple Cinema display for more mobility. Looking somewhat like the picture above. Thoughts and opinions are welcome. What would you do?

I just did the opposite actually - now using a 27” iMac and MBP secondary for better performance. Using more “cloud” services for syncing.
